Coris Bank International Senegal is recruiting Branch Managers with the following profile:

1. General mission of the position

Increase and retain customers, this through resource collection activities, sale of products and services, granting of credits,
Ensure all the commercial roles devolved to the Agency (study, implementation and monitoring of credits, commercial prospecting, promotion of new products),
Manage and support the achievement of the commercial and operational objectives set by qualitatively and quantitatively developing the agency’s client portfolio,
Manage and develop the Agency’s activity on the VSE, SME and individual market,
Monitor and process the recovery of bank receivables from customers within its portfolio and other portfolios of the Agency,
Ensure the compliance of all transactions processed by the Agency and, if necessary, declare those that are non-compliant or suspicious,
Set up activity monitoring, analyze it and measure the gaps, determine and implement if necessary actions to fill these gaps,
Monitor the achievement of objectives on the various portfolios of the Agency,
Ensure strict compliance with the regulations and procedures in force,
Ensure all 1stst level controls within the Agency (cash registers, accounting days, means of payment),
Ensure a minimum of weekly cash control,
Ensure compliance with the Agency’s regulatory ceilings,
Ensure the regularity of the administrative files of the customers,
Coordinate, supervise, animate and train its employees,
Ensure the good reception of customers and the quality of the service delivered,
Ensure compliance with agency organization,
Ensure competitive intelligence and report information to the hierarchy.

2. Specific skills required

Commercial sense and results orientation,
Knowledge of banking and commercial techniques,
Good personal organization and spirit of initiative,
Mastery of banking operations,
Team spirit,
Responsibility,
Engagement.

3. Profile sought

Hold a Bac+4/5 in Marketing, Commercial Management, Banking or any other equivalent diploma with professional experience of at least three (03) years in a bank or a specialized financial institution and good skills in management and follow-up of a portfolio of Individuals/TPE/SME customers.

1. General mission of the position

1. General mission of the position

Ensure the Administrative Management of the credit files and the transmission for implementation.

2. Allocations

Establishing tickets for the implementation of credit files, after the usual verifications have been carried out (compliance with the delegated scheme, approval conditions, guarantees and supports, completeness of the file);
To deliver the supports of commitments subscribed by the bank (Sureties, Guarantees);
ensure a rigorous follow-up of the compliance of the competitions set up;
Identify anomalies in the seizure of competitions and guarantees and formulate corrective measures for regularization; ensure the diligent processing and follow-up of debt repurchase operations;
ensure the regular maintenance of the status of files set up under exemptions and the follow-up of regularizations;
ensure the elaboration of reporting and statistics on the funding requests received;

4. Profile required
